Shark 2 Space: Employable to Entrepreneurial

In 1995, I started my career right after completing my technical education. Due to financial constraints couldn’t pursue my advanced Engineering, so joined an automotive company through campus placement. After a few years of working, I understood the importance of the knowledge Gap which is not only limiting me to climb the career ladder but to cope with technological advancement and challenges in the industry. When we look back on the era of the industrial revolutions, initially it took hundreds of years to change from the First to Fourth Generation Industry Revolution, (Ind Rev. 1.0 to 4.0) Whereas now, it is just 20 years or getting even shorter and shorter. We are towards the Industrial Revolution 4.0, a skill disruption and new skills demands are faster than we imagined. These are Employable competencies which are compiled as a competency model called KSA+H, they helped me to cling, crawl, and climb the corporate ladder. In my 25 years of working, I had witnessed several dialogues from others saying themselves and asking others like WHY ? “I was stuck in the organization ladder” “I had 20 years of experience still not grown nor promoted” “My business is not growing” “Heavy competition in my domain and business” “My growth is restricted due to various reasons” “I don’t get a solution from my boss” “Failure is due to persons” “I was stuck in office politics” Before answering those questions with my limited knowledge, I asked several questions to myself.
