I want to be clear; I am not a pessimist about technology. Technology is a powerful tool it can uplift humanity, transform lives, and protect earth when used mindfully. But if we allow ourselves and our children to become slaves to it, we risk losing what makes us human. The choice is ours. With simple, conscious changes in the way we live, we can reclaim technology as a force for growth, well-being, and a better future. If we act today, the impact will be profound not just for our children, but for generations yet to come.
