My name is Yatindra Nadkarni, known as “Yati” to my acquaintances, born in a very small town of Madhya Pradesh State, moved to an even smaller village named Chitakheda, situated near Rajasthan border with my parents at the age of 7 and had schooling in Govt Higher Secondary School. My mother was a teacher in Girls Primary School and father was UDC in the same school from where I got my Higher Secondary Certificate before moving to a town named Mandsaur with my grandparents. Mandsaur was a District Headquarter and availability of Govt P.G. College was the main reason for me moving with my grandparents having their own home there. A lot of struggle for almost 4 years to get into a job despite obtaining P.G. Degree in Physics that too being merit holder almost 34 years back is still fresh in my memories. I feel the same pain when I see today’s youth struggling despite 100x job opportunities available now, the pain increased 10x when I see a lot of vacancies in various corporates who are struggling to find a suitable candidate at one side and a lot of educated unemployed youth stumbling to get their livelihood at another side.
