At Penman Books, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are accepted.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their service request within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee, which will be specified at the time of cancellation.
3. No Refund Policy
Once payment has been successfully processed and 48 hours have elapsed, all transactions are considered final.
After this period, Penman Books maintains a strict No Refund policy. No refunds will be issued for any services rendered, regardless of circumstances.
Users are encouraged to thoroughly review their project requirements and our service offerings prior to submitting payment.
4. Processing Refunds
Any approved refunds within the stipulated 48 hours will be processed within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Exceptions
Certain services, such as customized design work or services that have already commenced, may not be eligible for a refund once the payment is made. Please inquire prior to purchase if unsure.
