• Users may cancel their service request within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee, which will be specified at the time of cancellation.

Once payment has been successfully processed and 48 hours have elapsed, all transactions are considered final.

After this period, Penman Books maintains a strict No Refund policy. No refunds will be issued for any services rendered, regardless of circumstances.

Any approved refunds within the stipulated 48 hours will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
